Pet Policy

If you have a pet, you are required to pay a one-time fee of $300 and a pet rent of $20 per pet per month. If you are found with an unauthorized pet, you will have 24 hours to pay the required fees and a $200 penalty fee or remove the pet. If the pet is removed, you will still be responsible for paying any pet damages upon move out.

On or before move in, you will be required to provide management a photo of your pet for your file. We will also require current vaccination records. Per your lease agreement section, if your pet is continually disturbing residents according to section 11 of the Animal addendum, you will be asked to remove your pet from the premises and forfeit the pet fee.

*Allowable pets include cats and dogs (not to exceed 65 pounds) with a pet deposit. Fish, small caged rodents (guinea pig, hamster, etc.), and caged household birds are accepted without a pet deposit; however, you will be responsible for any damages. Some prohibited pets include monkeys, snakes, ferrets, potbelly pigs, miniature horses, and rabbits. This list may not be inclusive of all prohibited pets.

**Dogs are permitted. However, the following breeds are NOT permitted to be kept in this community: Rottweilers, Bull Terriers, Chows, Pit Bulls, Akitas, Mastiffs, Briands, Canarios, Dingos, Perro de Presa, Giant Schnauzers, Airedale Terriers, Bouvier des Flandres, Dobermans (includes miniatures), American Staffordshire Terrier, and Wolf Hybrids.
